Returns Policy

At Feat By You, we're committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our Returns Policy is designed to provide you with clear guidelines on returning products based on two categories: Change of Mind and Faulty or Defective Items. Please read the following information carefully before initiating the returning process:

  • The period for all returns is within 30 days from the date of purchase.  
  • To be able to return product, you must provide a valid proof of purchase


1. Change of Mind Returns

If you've had a change of mind about your purchase, you have the flexibility to return the product within our return period. 

We offer the following return options for Change of Mind returns:

  • Exchange: Swap your product for an alternative item.
  • Store Credit: Receive a store credit valid for one year from the date of issue.
  • Refund: Refunds are only available if requested before your order is dispatched or before it leaves our store.

Important Notes:

  • Items purchased under a SALE or PROMOTIONAL offer are not eligible for returns due to a change of mind.
  • Products bought using a COUPON or PROMOTIONAL CODE are also non-returnable in cases of change of mind.
  • For reasons of safety and hygiene, certain products like lip makeup, lip care, false eyelashes, nail art, accessories, and beauty tools cannot be returned due to change of mind.

Return Conditions for Change of Mind :

To qualify for a return, the product must be in a resalable condition, which means it should be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack should be returned as a complete set. Please ensure that the product is returned in the same packaging it was received/purchased, including any wrapping or box.

Upon the return, the product will be inspected for quality control and hygiene purposes. If the product has been opened/used or is no longer in a resalable condition, we are unable to provide an exchange or store credit.

2. Faulty or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is faulty or defective, such as a broken pump or missing component, please reach out to us within our return period . 

We offer the following return options for Faulty or Defective Items:

  • Exchange: Swap the faulty or defective product for a replacement.
  • Store Credit: Receive store credit that is valid for one year from the date of issue.
  • Refund: Obtain a refund for the faulty or defective product.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Option 1: In-Store Return

If you prefer to make your return at our physical store, please send an email to prior to visiting the store. This step is crucial to ensure a smooth exchange or issuance of store credit. If you don’t get the return approval prior to visiting the store, our store team may not be able to process the exchange or issue the store credit.

Once your return has been authorized by our customer service team, bring along the original proof of purchase together with the product to our store for processing your return.

Note : Online purchase cannot be refunded at our offline store, exchange and store credit only.


Option 2: Return via Post

To initiate a return via post, please contact us at and provide the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Item(s) to Return
  • Reason for Return
  • Photos Identifying Defect (If applicable)

The instructions on how to proceed with the postal return from that point will be provided by email.

Important Note 1:

For Change of Mind returns via post, an administration fee of $15.00 (which includes the return label issuance and the second shipping fee) will apply for exchanges. Please note that products will be inspected upon return for quality control and hygiene purposes. If the product has been opened or used, or if it no longer meets the resalable condition criteria, we regret that we won't be able to process an exchange or issue store credit.

Important Note 2:

All refunds will be processed using the original payment method. In cases where a Gift Card or eGift Card was used for the purchase, the refund will be issued as another Gift Card. Please note that delivery costs, if applicable, will not be included in the refund, except for faulty or defective products.
