Welcome to FEAT BY YOU. These terms of use include all information you must be aligned with in order to use any products and services supplied by FEAT BY YOU. Please read it thoroughly before using the website. By using this site, you consent to the terms of use, and the full legal extent of all terms of use is in effect. If you disagree with these terms of use, you must not use this website.

These terms of use may be altered according to need. If alterations take place, the terms of use page on the website will be updated accordingly. It is always assumed that the user has full responsibility to check on recent alterations, and the latest version of these terms of use is always in use. If you disagree to the changes made in these terms of use, please contact Customer Services, who will take you through the account deactivation process. Note that some articles in these terms of use may be applied in replacement of legal notices or terminology on some pages on the website.

This website does not take any responsibility for any damages to your account due to carelessness.

You must make use of this website with legal intentions and purposes. You have full civil responsibility to compensate for the damages done if you are found using the website illegally. You must not use any content that others deem inappropriate or that violates the intellectual properties of the website or other users. Proper use is required within the respective regulations of each country. Entering the website through an interface not provided by FEAT BY YOU is strictly prohibited. You are also prohibited from making or maintaining hyperlinks linking to other sites without the permission of the website company

You are not allowed to reproduce any content from the site on third-party websites without the permission of FEAT BY YOU, and all content must be used under proper obedience of any applied regulations, rules, and legislations. FEAT BY YOU offers its content to users both in and outside of Australia. RIGHTS TO COPYRIGHTS, TRADEMARKS, AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All programs, pages, images, and texts on FEAT BY YOU are intangible assets of the website. Arbitrary alterations of any kind are not allowed neither in nor outside of Australia. Any alterations to or illegal use of the intangible/intellectual property of the site will result in either the cancellation of your account or legal consequences for your actions. In case of illegal use without the permission of the maker, there may be legal consequences by the corresponding maker or related personnel.

We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. The company has limited liability within the confines of related Korean regulations for the goods and services it provides. CHANGES, TERMINATION & REMOVAL FROM MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

If for any reason the membership program is not capable of running as planned (including in the event of fraud or attempted fraud), FEAT BY YOU reserves the right in its absolute discretion to modify the terms of the program including the rewards and these terms, or to suspend or terminate the program. In the event of such modification, suspension or termination, FEAT BY YOU will notify the members of the program via email, as well as by communicating this on our website. Members will not receive any compensation from FEAT BY YOU in the event of modification or suspension of the Membership Program. Membership is non-transferable and membership purchases must be made by the member. If your membership is revoked or otherwise cancelled (whether by you or FEAT BY YOU in accordance with these Terms), or if the program is terminated, any points in your account will automatically expire. FEAT BY YOU will notify you via email prior to making changes to these Terms. It is your responsibility to check or review these terms from time to time to keep informed of any changes. In the event that the terms of the program change, you may choose to cancel your membership by sending an email to mailto: cs@featbyyou.com.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, copyright, trademarks, patents, design rights and all other forms of intellectual property rights existing in the world) of all content published and all software used by FEAT BY YOU are property of or licensed to FEAT BY YOU or its affiliates. Nothing in these terms constitutes a transfer of any intellectual property rights. Permission is granted to electronically copy and to print in hard copy portions of this website materials for the sole purpose of accessing the program and the services provided therein for personal use. Any other use of program materials - including reproduction, modification, distribution, republishing, transmission, display or performance - without the prior written permission of FEAT BY YOU is strictly prohibited.

LOYALTY PROGRAM

FEAT BY YOU Loyalty Program is FEAT BY YOU’s loyalty program that we offer to all our customers who shop with us in stores and online.

These Terms and Conditions set out the conditions on which we offer FEAT BY YOU Loyalty Program and apply to all our customers.

By joining FEAT BY YOU Loyalty Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Notice. Please read both of these Terms and Conditions, as well as Privacy Notice carefully.

When we refer to FEAT BY YOU (or we or us) in these Terms and Conditions, we mean FEAT BY YOU (ABN 11 166 733 482)

1. Who can join FEAT BY YOU Loyalty Program?

1.1 All our customers are eligible to join FEAT BY YOU Loyalty Program Loyalty Program.

1.2 You will need to provide us with your full name, phone number and email address. The benefits of FEAT BY YOU Loyalty Program will be available to you in-stores and online, and only in relation to the purchases you make. If you choose not to provide us with your personal information (wholly or in part), we will not be able to provide rewards or benefits of FEAT BY YOU Loyalty Program to you.

1.3 If you are a FEAT BY YOU team member, or eligible for corporate discounts, you will not be eligible to sign up for FEAT BY YOU Loyalty Program or claim any membership benefits arising from it.

1.4 Should there be any changes in personal details (including, but not limited to your email address, shipping address or phone number), it is your responsibility to inform us. By not having your most updated information, we may not be able to contact you about your account or send you any benefits and rewards from the program.

1.5 FEAT BY YOU will not accept any liability for any member email that is misdirected, lost or not received.

1.6 FEAT BY YOU Loyalty Program membership and rewards are offered at our sole discretion.

2. Spend and Points Accumulation

2.1 Members can accumulate FEAT BY YOU Loyalty Program loyalty points by spending in-stores and online, making qualifying purchases or participating in our promotional events.

2.2 Members must be logged into their FEAT BY YOU Loyalty Program account when shopping online, and providing our staff members with phone numbers when shopping in-stores in order to receive points. If a member uses guest checkout online or does not provide their phone number in store, the purchase may not count towards their spend balance.

2.3 Cancelled or returned items will not count towards members’ spend balance.

2.4 The accumulation of membership points will not be in conjunction with any sale promotions. Purchase of any sale item or using any discount code will not be counted towards loyalty points.

2.5 Spend will include decimal points. Numbers are not rounded off.

2.6 Shipping fee, administrative fee, GST and other charges will not count towards FEAT BY YOU Loyalty Program member spend balance.

2.7 Spend balance is calculated in AUD.

3. Tier Movement

3.1 Members are allocated to levels depending on their spending balance in the last 365 days, in-stores and online.

3.1.1 Pamper Level: $1 - $129

3.1.2 Transform Level: $130 - $299

3.1.3 Elevate Level: $300 and above

3.2 All new members without an existing account at FEAT BY YOU will start at the Pamper level, and move up to the next levels when their spending balance has reached the minimum requirements set out above.

3.3 When an existing FEAT BY YOU member joins FEAT BY YOU Loyalty Program, their spending amount in the last 365 days from the day they join FEAT BY YOU Loyalty Program will be counted towards their spending balance and determine their level. This customer profile must have the same email associated with the one used to sign up to FEAT BY YOU Loyalty Program.

3.4 Spend and loyalty points can take between 24-48 hours to be updated.

4. Loyalty Points

4.1 FEAT BY YOU Loyalty Program attributes different loyalty points to members according to their level.

4.1.1 Pamper Level: 1 point / $1 spend

4.1.2 Transform Level: 1.5 points / $1 spend

4.1.3 Elevate Level: 2 points / $1 spend

4.2 FEAT BY YOU Loyalty Program members can view their current points at any time by visiting FEAT BY YOU website.

4.3 FEAT BY YOU Loyalty Program points cannot be sold, transferred or assigned, and not redeemable for cash or any other monetary instruments including but not limited to gift cards, vouchers, coupons, credit notes, cheques. Points do not represent legal tender in any country.

4.4 Once membership is terminated, all outstanding points will be rendered null and void. No additional points will be accumulated in terminated accounts.

4.5 FEAT BY YOU reserves the rights and absolute discretion to withdraw, cancel or vary the distribution of points without prior notice.

4.6 FEAT BY YOU reserves the rights and absolute discretion to revoke or cancel any points awarded in error or earned fraudulently without prior notice.

5. Redemption of Points

5.1 FEAT BY YOU Loyalty Program points can be redeemed in-stores and online.

5.2 Redemption of points can be done in the following increments.

5.2.1 $5 off with 250 points

5.2.2 $10 off with 400 points

5.2.3 $20 off with 700 points

5.3 To redeem any loyalty points, members must be logged into their valid accounts that have been registered at FEAT BY YOU Loyalty Program.

5.4 Loyalty points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers unless otherwise indicated.

5.5 Rewards can only be redeemed once. After redemption, the number of points will be deducted from the account automatically.

5.6 If loyalty points were used in a transaction and a member wishes to return for any other reason other than faulty or misdescribed products, any points used during the original purchase will be forfeited.

6. Changes to FEAT BY YOU Loyalty Program

6.1 FEAT BY YOU reserves the rights and discretion at all times to make any changes to these Terms and Conditions, as well as membership, rewards offered and other rules governing tier movement.

6.2 FEAT BY YOU may vary Terms and Conditions by updating this webpage and provide members with at least 14 days notice for any changes to material Terms and Conditions.

7. Termination and Transfer

7.1 FEAT BY YOU reserves the right to suspend or terminate your FEAT BY YOU Loyalty Program membership and may cancel all or any points and/or benefits that have been issued to you, if we reasonably believe that:

7.1.1 You have breached these Terms and Conditions; or

7.1.2 A person has engaged or may engage in fraudulent conduct, or conduct is suspected to be fraudulent, in relation to your membership.

7.2 FEAT BY YOU reserves the right to terminate the FEAT BY YOU Loyalty Program Loyalty Program at any time by giving all Members at least 30 days prior written notice.

7.3 You may terminate your FEAT BY YOU Loyalty Program memberships by contacting our Customer Service Team. On receiving a notice of termination from you, your account will be recorded on the FEAT BY YOU database as closed and you will cease to earn loyalty points or receive any other benefit
